Since the prize pool is based off of registration fees, a scaled entrance fee
structure is in place to help promote the most "guaranteed" or pre-paid seats at
event time therefore maximizing the prize money!!
"Paypal/credit/debit card" entries are preferred and therefore are the least
expensive method of payment. This form of registration will remain open until
the day before the tournament. Paypal does charge a 2.50 processing fee that
we include in the registration fee.
There will be a limited number of "cash at door" entries available and when
this number is met, "cash at door" registration will close. Registrants using this
method of payment will make a $10.00 payment via paypal/credit/debit card or
check by mail in order to guarantee their seat. Without the holding fee, your
seat is NOT guaranteed!
"Check by mail" registration will be closed when there is no longer time to
receive and process checks prior to tournament time. We must received your
check 7 days prior to the date of the tournament. This means that "check by
mail" registration will close on May 28, 2010.
We discourage players from showing up at the door unregistered!!! We cannot
guarantee entry without prior registration! We take great care to bracket the
tournament in such a way that players get the fairest and best deal for their
money and "on the fly" bracketing does not allow for this!
