This tournament is a sanctioned qualifying tournament for the Case's Ladder National Grand Prix of
Spades event to be held the first weekend of October, 2008.
The top 4 teams will earn seats at the National tournament. Playing in a qualifying tournament is the
ONLY way to get a seat at Nationals. While we encourage our winning teams to attend Nationals we do
NOT require it.
Capitol Spades offers cash and other prizes. All entry fees (less expenses) will be divided into a prize
pool. The number of places paid will be determined by the number of entries. As the event draws
closer the exact amount of the prize pool will be determined and disclosed.
